Another TOI team meeting in the books

On Friday, February 7, 2025, we gathered at Galaxy Restaurant in Wadsworth, OH for our 1st quarterly team meeting of 2025.

As usual we had a great time and we got in some important training, laughs and fun.

Our morning started off with a ‘social hour’ so everyone could get their hugs in and we went around the room getting an update on what has been happening in their lives since we last met in December.

We finally settled in to talk about TOI in 2024. What worked, what didn’t and what changes we would like to make in 2025.

After a delicious lunch, we got to work on some IRA and compliance training and testing. Yes, I said ‘testing’! It was actually a surprise test to see just how much the girls retained in previous trainings. Account Manager, Kelly Gosiewski also played a little game and the winners received Valentine candy when answering correctly. 🍬 🍭

The day wrapped up with ice cream sundaes while we went around the room once again and asked everyone what their personal goals were for themselves in 2025.

All in all, we agreed it was a pretty successful day and we can’t wait to get together at our next meeting in May. ❤️
