An inside look at our October
Quarterly Team Meeting

We are always getting asked by our clients about how our quarterly team meetings went and what did we do. They know we try to mix business with pleasure and they want to know about it! 🙂 For those curious minds here is a review of all the fun we had! 

For those that are not aware of our quarterly team meetings, they are a time when our entire staff come together for some camaraderie, as well as time for training and to discuss work with others in their peer group. It is a key component of continuing to maintain and improve the service we provide to our clients.

This year we met on Friday, October 24th at the Galaxy Restaurant in Wadsworth, OH. After a continental breakfast, we got down to business, went over some training updates and changes in the industry. Afterwards, we went around the room catching up on what has been going on in each others lives. Except for James, we are all women, so you can imagine how that went! HA! 

Afterwards all that training, talking, laughing (and some tears), made all of us hungry! Thankfully, the Chefs at the Galaxy Restaurant served us up a delicious lunch topped off with ice cream sundaes and cupcakes celebrating our 33 year of being in business!

In the afternoon, the real fun began! We invited craft artist, Positively Tiffany, to come in and show us how to make warm, cozy, comfy “Chunky Blankets”! If you’ve never made one, you need to! They were pretty easy, and the best part was how relaxing they were to make! Account Manager, Kelly Gosiewski, was the only one that finished her blanket with the rest of us packing the project up and finishing them at home.

As always, our meetings are an absolute must and something we look forward to every quarter. The break from the office gives us a chance to unwind and bond with each other. They also help keep our TOI family happy, healthy, relaxed and ready to serve our clients on Monday morning!
