2023 Total Office Year End Holiday Hours
As many of our clients and associates already know, we at Total Office usually spend a few extra days with our families near holidays throughout the year. We like to take advantage of our clients’ offices being closed to slip in a few days of vacation time. Our tradition is to work reduced hours during the Christmas and New Year holidays, when many of our clients are busy with their own families.
This year, our office will be closed for the following upcoming holidays:
Quarterly Team Meeting & Holiday Party
Friday, Dec.15th
Christmas Holiday*
Monday, Dec. 25th and Tuesday, Dec. 26th
New Year’s Holiday
Monday, January 1, 2024 and Tuesday, January 2, 2024

We ask that all time-sensitive requests needing to be processed and recorded for tax year 2023 be assigned to your TOI Team by Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023. This allows us adequate time to turn things around to be submitted in good order by custodian deadlines. Requests submitted after that date will be worked on a best-efforts basis. During this busy time, requests that are not time-sensitive or year-end sensitive, may be delayed until we return from the holidays.
Please note: With Dec. 31st falling on a Sunday this year, several custodians have already conveyed that paperwork received after the Dec. 29th will be processed as a 2024 transaction.
